Sweeney, Sweeney & Sweeney is a family of attorneys which includes William Sweeney and his two sons, Michael Sweeney and Robert Sweeney. We have 45 years of combined experience in helping injured people receive the compensation they deserve.
WILLIAM K. SWEENEY
William K. Sweeney began practicing law in California in 1972, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1971 from the University of San Diego School of Law. He received a BA in Accounting from the University of Redlands in 1967, a MBA from the University of Dayton in 1979, and an Advanced Law Degree (LLM) from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1993. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at San Diego City College, Community College in Columbus and the Univeristy of Dayton's Graduate School of Business. He has served as a Judge ProTem and as a Judicial Arbitrator. He has represented clients throughout the United States, with emphasis on injury and wrongful death cases. He has practiced law with his son W. Michael Sweeney since 1990 and his son Robert Sweeney since 1995.
He is admitted to practice law in the States of California, Colorado and Ohio, and in the Supreme Court of the United States.
W. MICHAEL SWEENEY
W. Michael Sweeney received his BS Degree from The Ohio State University in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from National University in 1990. He is a past President of the Hemet-San Jacinto Bar Association, and he has practiced exclusively in the areas of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. For over seventeen years, he has aggressively represented injured persons and families of persons killed in accidents. He has collected millions of dollars in settlements for his injured clients.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
ROBERT J. SWEENEY
Robert J. Sweeney received his BA degree from The University of California, San Diego in 1992 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego in 1995. He is a past President of the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association. He is also a speaker at area schools regarding the practice of law and personal injury/automobile accidents. For over twelve years, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, and is committed to achieving the maximum recovery for every one of his injured clients.
He is admitted to practice law in the States of Arizona, California and Nevada.
